What are your payment options?
We take all major credit and debit cards and charge monthly for the month ahead unless you decide to cancel or pause your subscription.
Can I choose the Channel(s) You Post to?
Yes. Regardless of which package you choose, you get to choose the channel(s) used. You can select from Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and Pinterest.
What happens after I place my order?
We will send you a questionnaire that enables us to learn about your business and create the most appropriate content for your chosen channels. Next, our team gets to work creating the graphics and posts before showing them to you for feedback. Once you’re happy we schedule your new content to go out daily for the month ahead.
How long before my posts go live after ordering?
Once we've received your response to our questionnaire we should have your initial posts ready for you to approve in 7 days. Then once you have approved them we schedule them all and start posting straight away!
